Our Hale Beige Sandstone Setts are an Indian Sandstone with a blend of creams, sandy tones and the occasional swage of orange. These setts are hand chiseled and then tumbled. The tumbling process smooths and wears the surface for a beautiful timeless antiqued texture. Supplied in approximate 100mm x 200mm cobbles perfect for edging paths and patio terrace areas. These paving setts are also ideal for creating unique looking driveways and rumble strips. It can also be used as an alternative to bricks when building walls. An elevated alternative to the run of the mill block paved driveway. Beautifully textured this stone looks wonderful in traditional builds and complements any country or traditional property. It features ridges in its riven surface like all of our natural sandstones. Made from the same stone as our Hale Beige Sandstone Paving these setts are a blend of creams, sandy tones and the occasional swage of orange. This stone also has the occasional fossil within it. Imported directly from India this stone is very water resistant and proves a hard wearing, long lasting paving option. The depth or thickness of these cobbles range from 30-70mm with the occasional paving sett that is even outside of this tolerance. As they are hand split & tumbled there are no exacting guidelines for thickness. These paving setts must be laid on a full mortar bed for a long standing installation.
