Our Lymington Dune Limestone Ribbons bring a refined, contemporary feel to patio terraces and architectural cladding applications. Imported directly from Egypt to our specification, this natural limestone is sawn flat six sides, acid-etched to create a tactile surface ruffled surface with a warm beige tone, and lightly tumbled for subtle character along the edges.
Measuring an elongated 400mm x 70mm, these stone “ribbons” offer a fresh alternative to standard clay pavers or traditional block edging. The longer ratio giving a unique look to herringbone sections or being ideal to create edge details. Specially engineered at 20mm (nominal) thickness, they provide the ideal balance between structural durability for ground applications and lightweight handling for seamless vertical wall cladding. Create high-impact feature walls, set sophisticated rumble strips, frame porcelain or natural stone paving, or lay dramatic large-scale herringbone patterns across main patio areas.
